Staff Focused on Continuous Improvement

ICPMS Cones Ltd is proud to recognize the accomplishment of one of our staff, Rob Salisbury, machine shop supervisor. Rob recently achieved his ILM Level 3 certificate in Leadership and Management.

Rob joined ICPMS Cones in September 2019, bringing with him more than 10 years of CNC lathe experience and expertise in tooling, setting, programming, and milling. Rob holds a Level 3 Certificate in Engineering – Mechanical Manufacturing from Cambria College – Yale College.

Since joining ICPMS Cones, Rob has been instrumental in improving tool life and reducing process. Currently, Rob draws on both his existing knowledge and newly learned skills to manage the completion of new cone development projects for ICPMS Cones.

Continuous improvement in team skills is a core part of the management focus at ICPMS Cones. Customers expect excellence and innovation from ICPMS Cones products. Innovation comes from both a deep knowledge of the industry and an invigoration of fresh ideas, while the pursuit of excellence requires a focus on improvement. Rob is modeling that pursuit of excellence with his studies.
